Her Interview
Ten minutes with Stacie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I am consistent and passionate. I also have a strong faith. I know that I'm not gonna enter any door that I won't be successful in, if I prayed about it, if I have put God first. I keep my faith always at the forefront. I do things that I'm passionate about, that I believe in. What's for you is for you. Any door that's closed, that's not the door I was meant to walk through.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself. Realize early on what your gifts are, what your areas of opportunity are. Don't give up on yourself. Keep SWAT in mind: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, triggers or threats. What's for you is for you. Any door that's closed may not be meant for you to walk through, but be prepared when it opens.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, honesty, respect, having a moral compass, passion, loving people, and caring about your brand and image. If you are integrous, then you also hold those others. You have one shot in this life to be a good person.
