Ten minutes with Stacie
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The biggest piece of advice is that yes, we're HR, but we can still have fun, and we're human. Also, you don't have to know the answers to everything. It's okay to pause. There's power in the pause. You can pause, find out, and come back with the best answer possible. Connect with people by showing your human side while staying professional.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is a big thing. Always doing the right thing. Having the integrity to put that extra effort in, to do it the right way. Accountability - if I mess up, take ownership of it, learn from it, and grow. Admit when you're wrong and take accountability in front of others.
