About Stacy
Stacy Bradley has dedicated over three decades to the beauty industry, beginning her career after earning her cosmetology license at Liberty Isle High School in Texarkana, Texas, where she completed the program during her junior and senior years. She furthered her expertise by obtaining an instructor's license from Paul Mitchell School in Carleton, Texas, following 750 hours of training over six months. Since 2009, Stacy has focused on education within cosmetology, serving as an education trainer for Ogle Beauty Schools where she trained new instructors on hair cutting, color, and school culture while conducting demonstrations to enhance student learning. In 2026, she began a new chapter as a high school cosmetology teacher at Forney ISD, acting as an embedded instructor through Trinity Valley Community College. Stacy maintains active memberships in the Professional Beauty Association and Associated Hair Professionals, and she holds both a cosmetology license and an instructor's license. Her approach to education emphasizes emotional connection with students, adapting to diverse learning styles, and fostering personal growth, guided by the principle that she has little power but great influence.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I have received is 'I have little power, but I have great influence.'
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be grounded in who you are and truly understand who you are as a person, which allows you to serve others. Be aware of your shortcomings and work to improve them while helping to build others.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges include adjusting to new students after COVID, understanding emotional connections, and different learning styles. Opportunities for growth depend on the individual - find where your passion and motivator lies, whether helping others (education) or showcasing skills (platform artistry).
