About Stacy
Stacy Bryant is an accomplished business owner, office manager, and accounting professional with more than three decades of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll administration, and business operations. Since beginning her career in 1991, she has built a reputation for providing dependable financial services while helping individuals and businesses navigate complex accounting and tax matters. She is the owner of U-Save Tax Service, Inc., which she established in 2004, and also owns Infinity Loving Heart Home Care, where she oversees all office operations and business management. In addition, Stacy serves as Office Manager for Atec Distribution Co. and M.K. Moore & Sons, Inc., managing administrative operations and prevailing wage payroll.
Stacy earned an Associate of Applied Business (AAB) in Accounting and Business Administration from Edison State Community College and later completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, and Human Resources at Franklin University. She also holds an Accounting Certificate, further strengthening her expertise in financial management and business operations. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to continuous education, recognizing the importance of staying current with evolving tax laws, government regulations, and industry best practices to provide the highest level of service to her clients.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being diligent and fully committed to my work. I have built lasting client relationships through word-of-mouth referrals by consistently delivering dependable service and accommodating my clients' schedules whenever necessary, whether that means working early mornings or late evenings. I also make it a priority to stay current with changing tax laws and regulations while effectively managing multiple businesses through strong organizational and multitasking skills.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to remain diligent, stay focused on my goals, and pursue higher education by earning my degree. Continuous learning and dedication have been essential to my professional growth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to be diligent, remain flexible, and always put your clients first. Be willing to adjust your schedule to meet your clients' needs and commit yourself to lifelong learning. Tax laws, regulations, and business practices evolve every year, so continuing to expand your knowledge is critical to building a successful and lasting career.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is managing prevailing wage payroll because it requires strict compliance with government regulations and detailed reporting. Staying informed about changing requirements and maintaining accuracy are essential to successfully navigating these complex responsibilities.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and dependability are the values I consider most important. When you are responsible for managing clients' finances, people place a tremendous amount of trust in you. Maintaining integrity, being reliable, and always acting in your clients' best interests are fundamental to earning and keeping that trust.
