She has also contributed to housing initiatives as a Housing Programs Coordinator, demonstrating her ability to manage programs and provide tangible support to her community. Stacy balances her professional and academic pursuits with her role as a mother of two young children, showcasing her exceptional multitasking and time management skills. What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my commitment to ongoing growth, earning my degree magna cum laude and my latest accomplishment of finishing my Masters program in 2 weeks , as I’ve always invested in expanding my knowledge and skills. At the same time, I believe success comes from building strong, supportive teams and my ability to mentor and foster collaboration has consistently driven results while keeping morale high. My experiences in housing programs and staffing coordination have further taught me to navigate complex challenges with flexibility and creativity, ensuring compliance while meeting people’s needs. Above all, I believe success is rooted in trust, and by cultivating transparent communication with clients, contractors, and colleagues, I’ve been able to achieve goals that benefit both individuals and organizations.”

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

My mentors have told me never stop learning as new expeiences will continue to shape how I approach challenges. I’ve learned to see obstacles as opportunities to grow. Reminding me to celebrate progress, invest in my development, and lead with confidence.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never lose faith in yourself. There will be moments of ups and downs, but resilience is key. Stay the course, embrace challenges as opportunities to grow, and remember to celebrate the small steps along the way because those milestones build the foundation for long-term success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is maintaining persistence and staying the course despite obstacles. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, as hard work combined with continued education can open doors to a bright and rewarding future.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value being respected, honesty, embracing growth, letting go of doubts, and enjoying each part of our journey especially the tough ones that we have outgrown.
