She has also contributed to housing initiatives as a Housing Programs Coordinator, demonstrating her ability to manage programs and provide tangible support to her community. Stacy balances her professional and academic pursuits with her role as a mother of two young children, showcasing her exceptional multitasking and time management skills. I attribute my success to the dedication and hard work I’ve put into the field of customer service, which naturally led me into Human Resources. I thrive on efficiently and effectively communicating with both my team and potential tenants, ensuring strong relationships and seamless operations.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can achieve anything I set my mind to and even surpass my own expectations.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay the course, remain resilient, and learn to overcome any challenges that come your way.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is maintaining persistence and staying the course despite obstacles. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, as hard work combined with continued education can open doors to a bright and rewarding future.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, perseverance, and effective multitasking. I am proud to be completing my MBA with a concentration in Human Resources while working full-time and raising two young children, and I believe that balancing these responsibilities has strengthened my commitment, focus, and resilience.
