About Stacy
I'm currently a Member Associate at Park Avenue Synagogue in New York City, a role I've held since August 2023, working in a hybrid capacity. I started at the synagogue as an Administrative Coordinator from August 2022 to August 2023, and I've now been with the organization for nearly four years.
Before joining Park Avenue Synagogue, I spent over six and a half years at the Barry & Florence Friedberg JCC in Oceanside, New York, where I held three roles: first as Administrative Assistant to the Program Director (2016–2018), then as Executive Assistant (2018–2021), and finally as Development Department Relationship Manager (2021–2022).
Prior to my work at the JCC, I spent over 14 years at Trail's End Camp, first as Girls Head Counselor from 2001 to 2010, and then as Assistant Director from 2003 to 2015. Those years in camp leadership taught me how to manage teams, support young people, and create safe, joyful, and meaningful experiences—skills I carry with me to this day.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and Marketing from Boston University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1985.
Across my career—whether in synagogues, JCCs, or summer camps—my work has been rooted in community, service, and relationship-building. I help organizations run smoothly, support their missions, and create environments where people feel seen, valued, and connected.
