Stacy Clark

Stacy Clark has spent 19 years in the restoration industry, beginning when she was approached to build and run a CRDN franchise for fire restoration textile cleaning after selling uniforms for a local dry cleaning company. She grew the business from zero to $650,000 in the first year, doubled it the next, and reached nearly $2 million by the end of the third year before moving on to work for a contractor who purchased a ServiceMaster franchise, where she spent nine and a half years marketing and building the operation from the ground up. After taking nine years away from direct restoration work to focus on her young children, during which she developed quality assurance processes and training programs, Clark returned to the industry as a franchise business consultant with DryMedic. In this role, she leverages her extensive boots-on-the-ground experience across multiple franchises to help franchisees succeed and works toward establishing brand consistency and operational standards that deliver the same reliable service nationwide.
