Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to gratitude for the gifts God has entrusted to me and to the people in my life who encourage me, challenge me, and consistently push me to grow from one level to the next. Their support has helped shape my confidence and strengthened my ability to persevere through challenges with faith and determination. I have also been blessed by living out a continual commitment to extending kindness toward others, recognizing that success is not only measured by personal achievement but by the impact we have on those around us. There is not enough kindness in the world, and if there is one principle I choose to lean on most in 2026 and beyond, it is the act of kindness—offered freely, practiced intentionally, and rooted in gratitude.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Be kind and intentional. Do everything with purpose, Spritually and naturally. In all you do, cultivate your emotional intelligence and do not internalize everything. Take things with a grain of salt and at face value.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be a trend starter, not a follower. Always be authentic and results driven in your personal life before it filters over into your professional life. Lastly always separate the two.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I would take a strategic guess and say that one of the biggest challenges in my field based on research would be business start ups and ageism in different fields of technology. The fact that professions are being deprofessionalized, could also weigh heavily as a disadvantage in my field. It's now based on a matter of what's important to others versus what's important for ussers sustainable life.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, faith, kindness, service, and growth. Integrity guides how I show up—ensuring that my words, actions, and intentions remain aligned. Faith provides my foundation, offering clarity, grounding, and trust, especially when outcomes are uncertain. It reminds me that purpose is not something I have to force, but something I am called to walk into with humility and intention.

Kindness is not a soft value for me; it is a discipline. It shapes how I lead, collaborate, and create, and it reminds me that impact is measured not only by achievement, but by how people feel seen, respected, and supported. I value service because leadership, to me, is rooted in responsibility and care for others rather than control or status. Whether through creative work, community-building, or mentorship, I strive to contribute in ways that uplift and empower.

Growth is equally essential. I value staying teachable, embracing change, and honoring the process of becoming. I believe progress happens when we remain open—willing to learn, unlearn, and evolve. Together, these values guide my decisions, inform my leadership, and ensure that both my work and personal life remain purposeful, authentic, and grounded in meaning.
