About Stacy

Stacy Matson is an entrepreneur, coach, author, and speaker based in the Greater Phoenix Area. She is the owner of Bucket List Unlimited LLC, where Stacy helps nonfiction authors and women entrepreneurs simplify technology, increase their visibility, attract ideal clients, market their books, and build businesses that support their personal goals and aspirations. Her services include business and marketing consulting, writing, blogging, and life coaching. Stacy is also the author of Bucket List Living: Living Your Purpose and the creator of the Author Entrepreneur podcast, where she connects with authors and entrepreneurs to share insights on publishing, visibility, branding, and business growth. Through book-writing challenges, coaching programs, and other initiatives, Stacy encourages aspiring authors to transform their expertise and stories into books that can strengthen credibility, create speaking opportunities, and become valuable business assets. Before founding Bucket List Unlimited, Stacy spent more than a decade in travel planning and served as an Army military police officer before working with the Tucson Police Department and later in federal government roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Arizona and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Stacy’s professional focus combines entrepreneurship, leadership, coaching, authorship, and purposeful business development.

I attribute my success to finding myself and doing the mindset work to truly love and accept who I am.

The best career advice I’ve received is to be courageous, share my story, and build meaningful connections with the right people.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to first understand who you are and build a strong sense of self before focusing on helping others.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges is standing out in an oversaturated, AI-driven marketplace. The opportunity is helping women turn their stories and expertise into books, businesses, and meaningful impact.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are loyalty, honesty, and open communication.
