About Stacy
Stacy Morrissey is a strategic account management and customer success leader with close to 20 years of experience in the customer experience SaaS field. She serves as Strategic Account Director, managing large customer experience programs for enterprise clients including Lenovo, Thomson Reuters, and McAfee to help them better understand customer interactions and improve experiences. Her professional background includes senior leadership roles at Confirm It through multiple acquisitions spanning sales, account management, project management, and training operations. She earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in marketing with a minor in psychology, from the Eisenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Beyond her career, Stacy is actively involved in her community as treasurer for the wrestling boosters and vice president of the soccer boosters at her sons' high school.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
For young women coming into the field, know that you have a seat at the table and that you are incredibly valued. Being in a sales role that is predominantly male, it is easy to be labeled as difficult to work with, whereas men are seen as professional and aggressive. Work hard.
