Her Story

About Stacy

Stacy Soracchi serves as a franchise business consultant for Kitty Academy, a nationally known childcare franchise, where she supports franchise owners and their teams across Florida in areas such as business acumen, enrollment, profit and loss management, expenses, and program quality. Her career began in sales and marketing following college courses in early childhood education, leading her to open her own childcare center in 2008, which she operated for 10 years until selling it in 2018. This experience, combined with her earlier work in childcare during high school and college, as well as her perspective as a parent, has equipped her with comprehensive insights into the industry. She attributes her success to supportive co-workers, her parents' strong work ethic, and her genuine enjoyment of helping franchise owners achieve their goals. Soracchi has received awards for surpassing sales budgets and the Cheers for Peers award for relationship building and high moral values, and she participates in volunteer work through Kitty Academy supporting local charities.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Stacy

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from great co-workers who help along the way, parents who were role models with strong work ethic, and genuinely enjoying what I do. Finding satisfaction in helping franchise owners achieve their goals is key, and I always advise finding something you like to do.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The childcare industry is ever-changing with increasing competition, making it harder for businesses to sustain. Key is setting yourself apart through relationships, personalized service from first inquiry, adapting to changes, and prioritizing customer satisfaction since reviews can make or break a business.
