My advice to young women entering this industry is to never lose yourself when others tell you that your personality is your most important asset. While authenticity and connection matter, your skills, intelligence, and hard work define your true value. Stay grounded in who you are and let your competence and confidence speak for you.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is the constant pace of change. While it can be demanding to keep up with evolving trends, technologies, and expectations, it also creates space for innovation, growth, and adaptability.
