Stefani Milovanska-Farrington

Stefani Milovanska-Farrington is an Associate Teaching Professor of Economics at UTampa and a Founder of Love QT (E.A.S.Y. Creative food for kids), https://www.CreativeFoodForKids.com/. She is also the creator of “Choice: Economics materials for success” on Substack, and has previously worked on this project in collaboration with FEE. She has created educational resources for MRU and FEE, and has worked as a Director of Assessment at UTampa. She is a CSWEP liaison for UTampa, an IZA Research Fellow, a member of the AEF’s Teaching Fellows Committee, and an AEF Director. Stefani was awarded a Teaching Fellow Award by the AEF in 2025. In the last five years, she has also published more than 20 peer-reviewed academic articles and was awarded a Researcher of the Year Award by the Sykes College of Business at UTampa in 2022. In Fall 2025, Stefani and her 6-year-old daughter Diana participated in the Spartan Incubator program at UTampa, hoping to grow their startup Love QT (E.A.S.Y. Creative food for kids).
