My family and children motivate me every day. I want my boys and girl to be proud of me as a single mom. I am ambitious and hope to become director of Atlassian Services while continuously improving my leadership skills.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Keep going forward. Whenever you think you get stuck or something can't be worked out, just keep moving forward because there's always a solution to every problem. Also keep a positive attitude and it will work out.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It's a great time to be in our industry. It used to be very male dominated but there are so many open leadership positions for women now. You just gotta keep going, work hard, and you will get where you need to get.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Balancing workload and feasibility with multiple high-level tech projects starting at once. It requires time management, creating business requirement documents, and deciding what to do first since all projects connect and teams work together.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Loyalty and commitment. Stay committed to a project and work hard on it. Believe in yourself knowing you can achieve it. Don't be afraid to ask for help on any level, partner with other teams, learn what you can and apply it.
