About Stefany
Stefany Cortes is a communications professional with over 15 years of experience in the marketing communications field. She advises CEOs and senior management team members on corporate communications and external communications, helping businesses achieve their goals through communication strategies and market positioning. She serves as a trusted communications professional for senior management in industrial global infrastructure companies. Stefany earned her undergraduate degree from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico and holds an MBA from West Texas University. She also completed a theology certificate with Northern University and recently obtained a certification in digital marketing, AI, and automation. In addition to her professional work, she is actively involved in her church as a Marriage Prep Minister, mentors younger couples, and has participated in volunteering activities with her church for around 10 years. She attributes her success to a strong network of family and friends and advises young women entering the industry to choose career fields that offer flexibility to balance work and motherhood.

Just a strong network of family and friends that can mean everything to have that support around you.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Work in a career field that lets you have flexibility to come in and out of the traditional path so that you can do both work and being a mom. Think about that before choosing your major or your industry because motherhood is such an important part of our path as women.
