About Stella
Stella Hadjiyanis serves as an Account Executive at Perforce, specializing in software sales. She manages full-cycle sales processes from discovery and qualification to demos, proposals, and closing deals, encompassing net new sales, renewals, and add-on expansions. Hadjiyanis joined the company in 2020 as an SDR and advanced to her current position. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications with a marketing emphasis from Gustavus. Her professional credentials include training in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sixth Sense, and MedPick. In 2024, she received the Commercial Rookie of the Year award at Perforce and is currently on track to achieve President's Club. Hadjiyanis attributes her success to guidance from her father, a VP of Sales and Marketing, along with the supportive network she has built at Perforce. She is also an instructor at Yoga Fits, volunteers with St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church for their annual Greek festival, participates in Women of Perforce events, and supports the Anne Bancroft Foundation.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My dad has helped a lot in terms of my sales career and advice, and helping me navigate different questions. Perforce has been a really great organization for me. I've built quite a network at Perforce, and I feel like I have a great support system there too.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Always put yourself out there and raise your hand, and show curiosity, show that you want to learn and grow in your career, and leverage those connections to help get you there and learn and grow from them.
