01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Your career is very important. And you have one life. So even though your job does not define you, it's not everything about you. Make sure that whatever it is you're doing or you choose to do, it's truly what you want to be doing. Even if you know, maybe it's not your dream job right now. Is it keeping in mind, is it going to end up helping you get to where you want to be?

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Remember your humanity. Remember yourself. Don't let your job consume you. Because, as weird as it sounds, if you do that, it will hinder you in your job. So by being able to still have fulfillment outside is actually going to help you perform much better in your role.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges I've faced is dealing with the pressure. Working in this industry, it's very intense. Managing that stress to be perfect, to get everything done that you need to, dealing with the fires that come every day, it's very challenging. I've had to really work on my time management, my organization, prioritization.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Doing the best that you can, and that requires you to be brutally honest with yourself. Integrity. Honesty, if you make a mistake, just raise your hand. Remembering your humanity.
