01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be consistent. Sometimes you can let other things like outside forces change your mood. You're gonna have good days and bad days. Everybody's not always gonna be happy with what we do or the outcome. Learn from that. The reward at the end is the money. Do favors and give clients a little more than what they may really need, the money will come.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Entrepreneurship is fun and it's yours. You can run it the way you want to run it. But you have to have order. You can't be scattered. You gotta have a system and be motivated to do it. Set it up properly and pay your taxes.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being consistent. That's a big thing with me.
