Maintain a beginner’s mindset throughout your career, staying open to learning, while deeply trusting in yourself and your ability to create whatever you envision.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in HR today is evolving alongside innovation, embracing technologies like AI, while staying grounded in what matters most: being a trusted bridge between organizations and their people and preserving the human-centric heart of HR.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that ground me are empathy, vulnerability, authenticity, and self-loyalty. I lead with both consciousness and firmness in everything I do.
