Before joining Bel, Stephanie honed her expertise at CROSSMARK, holding multiple positions over six years, including Customer Business Manager and Client Services Manager. What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to steadily building expertise and leadership in the CPG industry—starting as a broker managing a territory, advancing to supervising a 50-person team, overseeing broader sales operations, and eventually moving to headquarters to lead strategic client relations and sales planning for the past seven years.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received has come from mentors and loved ones who guided and supported me—Bill from NFFRFA showed me the power of mentorship and board leadership, Krista at Bel helped me leverage my experience through new roles and challenges, and my husband Sam has been my steadfast supporter, helping me balance career, motherhood, and life.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to immerse yourself in the area you’re passionate about, take pride in every role you hold, build meaningful relationships, and always focus on what unique value you can bring to the world.

The values most important to me in work and life are balance, wellness, family, and making time to enjoy meaningful activities, whether it’s fitness, travel, or quality moments with my daughter.
