About Stephanie
She is a student advocacy, program management, social services, and entrepreneurship professional with experience in resource navigation, case management, compliance, operations, community partnerships, program strategy, and client support. She currently works as an Advocacy & Resource Coach at Texas State Technical College, helping students overcome barriers and stay focused on their education and career goals. She also owns Black Ice, a mobile café in Abilene, Texas. Previously, she held program leadership roles with the International Rescue Committee, managing funding, teams, compliance, and service delivery for high-need clients.
