About Stephanie
I've been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. My degree in human resources has nothing to do with hospitality, but my first job after graduating from college was with the Marriott GSA office in the Philippines, and I loved it since. Sales is in my DNA. I started as a coordinator supporting directors and sales managers, became a sales manager, worked my way up to director, and have been a director for over 10 years, nearing 15 years. I'm passionate about connecting with people and being an inspiration and mentor to up-and-coming sales leaders, especially the younger generation.
