Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to continuous growth while staying grounded. I push myself to keep learning and evolving, but I never lose sight of the importance of protecting balance in my life. That perspective keeps me focused, steady, and able to perform at my best.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that balance is key. Sustaining a healthy work-life balance not only protects your well-being but also empowers you to show up with clarity, energy, and purpose in everything you do.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women not to be afraid to make pivots. Your path doesn’t have to be linear—career changes can open doors, reveal new strengths, and lead you to opportunities you didn’t know existed. Embracing change is often where growth begins.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in the field right now is leading audits for high-volume clients. The complexity, pace, and expectations require strong coordination, agility, and strategic oversight. But those same demands create space to innovate, streamline processes, and deliver even greater value to clients.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me most are being headstrong in my goals, protecting work–life balance, and prioritizing family. I’m married with three children—ages 7, 10, and 15—so staying focused while making space for the people who matter most is nonnegotiable. Those commitments keep me motivated, resilient, and grounded in everything I do.
