Her Interview

Ten minutes with Stephanie

01What do you attribute your success to?

Valuing relationships and nurturing them, following through and being reliable, going above and beyond to show dedication and perseverance

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to step outside my comfort zone and embrace opportunities that challenge me. I’ve learned that real growth happens when I’m willing to do things that feel uncomfortable, because those experiences build resilience, expand my perspective, and help me develop new skills. Every challenge has become an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Take stock of what you're interested in, take an entry-level position and invest in it fully as opportunities will grow from there

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is adapting to constantly changing laws and legislation, a declining college-going population, and effectively communicating the return on investment of a college degree. Credentialing is also an evolving issue, creating opportunities to strengthen the connection between education and workforce needs.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me are honesty, building genuine relationships, and collaboration. I believe trust, authenticity, and working together are the foundation of meaningful personal connections and professional success.
