Stephanie Ecimovic serves as a sales consultant and yacht broker at Marine Max in St. Pete, Florida. She has spent nine years in the boat sales and yacht brokerage industry, having joined the company after moving to Florida in 2017. Prior to this role, Ecimovic worked in sales and marketing positions, including time at Land Rover, the fashion retailer BCBG, and a motorsports dealership. She handles new and used boat transactions ranging from fifty thousand to seven and a half million dollars, manages client relationships, conducts prospecting, and coordinates deliveries and service follow-ups. Ecimovic emphasizes honesty, integrity, and doing what she says she will do, principles she applies both professionally and personally. She notes that keeping focused on goals while maintaining ethical standards has helped her navigate challenges such as market shifts during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
If you keep your head down and just kind of work on your goals, everything else will kind of fall in place. There are so many distractions, but as long as you focus on your goals and doing what's right, everything falls into place. Integrity and honesty are key.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, integrity, doing what you say you're gonna do, treat people how you want to be treated. We talk about our core values and you just don't fit in if you're not willing to be a part of those core values and live them.
