Stephanie Fransway
Stephanie Fransway is a faith-driven style mentor, speaker, and author dedicated to helping Christian women rediscover their God-given identity and embrace their personal style with confidence. Her obsession with fashion began at age 8 when she asked her mom for a sewing machine and taught herself to make her own clothes. Fashion has always been a central part of her life, but it wasn’t until she became a mother that she truly understood its power. This realization—learning that caring for herself allowed her to better care for her husband and children—became the foundation of everything she teaches today. Stephanie is the founder and CEO of Of Her Calling and the author of Dressed with Purpose: How Faith, Fashion, and Mindset Unlock the Next Level of Your Life, a guide that helps women align their outer appearance with inner transformation. With over six years of experience as a public speaker and personal fashion stylist, Stephanie works with women on a deep, transformational level, far beyond surface styling. Her signature programs, including the Empowered Style Program, and Dressed with Purpose Course, equip women to cultivate wardrobes that reflect their personal essence, faith, and purpose. She speaks at churches, ministries, conferences, and Christian events, sharing insights on style as a tool for confidence, identity, and influence. Stephanie specializes in personal style development, faith-based confidence coaching, transformational storytelling, and keynote speaking, helping women overcome insecurity and show up fully in life. Stephanie’s mission is to create Spirit-led spaces where women experience meaningful transformation in faith, self-worth, and style. She teaches that dressing intentionally is not just about appearance it’s about setting standards for oneself, modeling confidence for family, and stepping into the life God has called you to live. Through her coaching and mentorship, Stephanie empowers women to embrace their value, dress for themselves, and walk boldly with clarity, purpose, and unshakable confidence.

What do you attribute your success to?
I think it would have to be just my determination to help as many women as I can. I want more women to be aware that this service is here for them. So many women think that having a stylist or image consultant is only for celebrities, but that's exactly the wrong mindset. If you have the opportunity to work with someone who has solved a big problem that took years for them to figure out, wouldn't you rather work with them and get that catapult of information, rather than you taking the time? I've already had so many years of obsessing over clothes and fashion, so I was already ahead when I had that moment of lacking self-worth. That's why I'm so passionate about helping women see that if you're a mom, if you stay at home all day, if you see yourself, you're valuable, and you should be able to get dressed for yourself.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't worry about what other people say. I have had so many haters, but I keep hearing this thing on TikTok and all the platforms that keeps repeating: Nobody who's above you is going to try to put you down. And it's like, dang, that's so good. It's true - nobody who is ahead of you and successful has time to look back and put you down. They're too busy moving forward. So I don't let the noise get to me anymore.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't give up. Keep going. Don't listen to the noise. Just stay focused on your goals. There will be people who try to discourage you and there will be haters, but you have to remember that nobody who's above you is going to try to put you down. The people who are successful and ahead of you don't have time for that - they're moving forward, not looking back. So block out all the negativity and stay determined to achieve what you set out to do.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I think number one would be that so many women don't think that they need a stylist or an image consultant at all. Like, that's for celebrities, you know? That's their mindset. But it's like, if you have the opportunity to work with someone who has solved a big problem that took years for them to figure out, wouldn't you rather work with them and get that catapult of information, rather than you taking the time? I've already had so many years of obsessing over clothes and fashion, so I was already ahead when I had that moment of lacking self-worth. That's a very big thing - so many women don't think it's for them. But it's like, that's the exact reason you should have a stylist. Because you're a mom, because you stay at home all day. If you see yourself, you're valuable, so you should be able to get dressed for yourself. Another big thing is just how big trends are. That's what people gravitate towards, because that's what's popular, that's what everyone else is wearing. Everyone wants to fit in with everyone else. But it's like, no! Stand out. Those would be the top two big obstacles.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important value to me is helping women see their own worth and value. I believe that women get attacked so much in their value and their worth that they never even step up to the plate. That's so sad to see - that they had so much potential, but they never stepped up to play. Having that level of standard is so important, especially as a mom, because we set the tone for the household and our children are going to be looking up to us for how to deal with life and hard times. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish - it's necessary so you can take better care of your family. I also deeply value determination and not giving up, staying focused on your goals despite what others say. And I value authenticity - helping women express who they really are on the inside through what they wear on the outside, because so many people are afraid of who they really are and don't take that step to understand themselves and have fun with clothes.
