Kindness with boundaries is far more effective than proving you’re right.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I am lucky enough to work in an area that values women and what they contribute. I know that this is not always the case, I have worked in those areas as well.
Valuing people regardless of their gender is quintessential for progress in our society.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is a virtue that is highly valued for me. It’s doing the right thing whether you have an audience or not. It’s about showing up and being honest even if the only person you have to be honest with is yourself.
Honesty is important, if you are not true with what you say and do how can you expect growth of any kind.
Respect you need to have it for yourself and others, it is a form of love.
