01What do you attribute your success to?
I'd definitely say my resilience. Like I said, being a young mother, taking on that role, and then just learning everything that I could possibly learn to grow in my career at the same time, definitely my resilience.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I would definitely say that the best career advice I've ever learned was the power of continuous learning and resilience and relationship building. Throughout my career, I've learned that success isn't just about selling a product, it's about earning trust, delivering value, and making a lasting impact on the people you work with.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Definitely go in, you know, with an open mind. Learn from your colleagues, learn from your customers. just open mind, open ears, is what I would have to say, because whatever you can learn, whatever knowledge that you can take in, will help you in the long run.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Some of the biggest challenges I would definitely say is getting to know layouts, blueprints of, you know, the customer store. Needing to know those measurements, needing to know exactly what kind of equipment they need, those are definitely the biggest challenges, because there is a lot of information that you definitely need to take in. I've done a big career switch, definitely going from just staffing to business development on a retail store fixture side.

Definitely integrity is a great value that's integrity, culture, Things along the lines of that.
