Stephanie Hanley is an experienced insurance professional with over two decades of expertise in underwriting, claims management, and client service. Currently serving as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Team Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, she brings a deep understanding of the insurance industry, having started her career in 2004 in Commercial Underwriting before becoming a licensed Property and Casualty Adjuster. Over the years, Stephanie has managed multiple national accounts across ten jurisdictions, handling complex cases in bodily injury and workers’ compensation with professionalism, empathy, and precision.

Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth, Stephanie holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and is a licensed Notary in Texas. The best career advice I’ve ever received is to understand that mistakes are not failures, but valuable learning lessons that help me grow and improve.

I would give young women the advice to always advocate for yourself as no one else will and to always continue to excel and exceed to become the best version of you and all that you have to offer in this industry.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges are the continuous changes in the world both environmental and economical to include technology and adapting to those changes and evolving.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are embracing travel, exploring new cultures and cuisines, enjoying cooking, prioritizing self-care and continuing to build lasting memories with my adult children.
