About Stephanie
Stephanie Hanuman has built a career in human resources spanning more than a decade. She began in retail at ESCADA, where an operations manager recommended her for a corporate position after she graduated from college. She then transitioned to banking as HR Manager at Greater Alliance Federal Credit Union, where she oversaw all HR functions and corporate training. Since 2021, she has served as the Head of Human Resources at the Army West Point Athletic Association in West Point, NY, managing the HR function for an organization of over 200 people. In this role, she handles strategic initiatives including supervisor training, compensation reviews, benefits administration, risk management, investigations, employer relations, and policy development. Hanuman holds a bachelor's degree earned in 2015 and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She previously volunteered with the Seeing Eye organization and aspires to advance to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.
