Stephanie Holman, MBA, PMP
Stephanie Holman, MBA, PMP, is the President and CEO of FourFront Design Inc., where she leads with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to serving the federal marketplace. A United States Air Force veteran, Stephanie brings nearly two decades of military and civilian experience in engineering, project management, and leadership. Her career in the Air Force included roles ranging from Quality Assurance Evaluator to Engineering Superintendent, where she honed her skills in team building, curriculum development, and managing large-scale operations in complex environments.
Stephanie’s transition from the military to the private sector has been marked by her ability to adapt and excel. Prior to becoming CEO, she served as Vice President of Operations and Design Operations Manager at FourFront Design, applying her expertise in federal project management, contracts, and operational planning to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Her leadership style emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and fostering a culture of excellence, qualities that have contributed to the company’s repeated recognition, including awards for veteran employment and business achievements.
Stephanie holds an MBA in Engineering Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master’s degree in Health/Medical Psychology from Northcentral University, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. Beyond her professional endeavors, she actively contributes to veteran support, education, and humanitarian causes. Stephanie is also a Globee Awards judge and a certified expert in data analytics, demonstrating her dedication to both industry leadership and continuous personal growth.

I attribute my success to discipline, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, shaped by my military service and honed throughout my career. Combining technical expertise with leadership and execution has been key to growing my career and leading Forefront Design to achieve recognition and impact in the federal contracting and engineering space.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to lead with discipline, resilience, and confidence—lessons instilled in me by my father and military mentors that continue to guide my leadership and professional growth.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to own your accomplishments, advocate for yourself, and step confidently into leadership roles, knowing that credibility is earned through performance and persistence.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now are navigating shifts in federal contracting and workforce shortages, but I see great opportunities in innovation, digital modeling, and the growth of veteran-led businesses.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value accountability, integrity, excellence, and empowerment, and I strive to lead by example while fostering environments where teams can grow, innovate, and take ownership. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, weightlifting, sports, and spending time with my family, including my four children and three French bulldogs, while maintaining balance in a demanding professional life.
