Her Story
About Stephanie
I've been in my field for 10 years now. I started as an assistant on-site manager for townhomes. A typical day involves answering homeowner emails and inquiries regarding accounts and amenity access, while also working with developers on upcoming communities. I transitioned into this after working in short-term vacation rentals and with Alzheimer's patients. The biggest challenge is when you've exhausted every resource to satisfy a homeowner but they remain unhappy.
