About Stephanie
She is an accomplished local government executive and human resources leader with over two decades of experience in city management, public administration, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager for the City of Trotwood, Ohio, she reports to the City Manager and supervises key departments including Fire, Police, Planning and Development, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and Human Resources. In this role, she develops plans and procedures for city programs and services, directs administrative analyses, and serves as Acting City Manager in the City Manager's absence. Prior to this role, she served as Human Resources Director at Toward Independence, Inc. for over 14 years. She holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. She holds the ICMA Credentialed Manager designation and is SHRM-CP certified. She is recognized as a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented leader who is deeply committed to effective governance, community development, and organizational excellence.
