Stephanie Koeller

I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to trauma-informed, relationally focused care. My work centers on supporting survivors of sexual violence, strengthening families, and building community-based prevention programs.

At Family Service League, I serve in a dual clinical and leadership capacity—providing therapy while also overseeing sexual violence programming, managing grants, supervising interns, and supporting outreach initiatives. Over the years, I’ve grown within the agency from intern to programmatic leader, developing a deep commitment to advocacy, education, and survivor-centered care.

In addition, I practice as an Associate Psychotherapist at TriMeta Counseling & Associates, where I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach integrates systems theory, trauma-informed frameworks, and culturally responsive care. I’m passionate about combining clinical excellence with sustainable program development to expand access to high-quality mental health services.
