Stephanie Lyons

Stephanie Lyons is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a strong background in management, business processes, warranty coordination, and claims management. She currently works as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks in Houghton Lake, Michigan, a role she has held since September of last year. In this position, she opens the store at 4:30 a.m., manages cash and vendor orders, develops baristas and shift supervisors, and educates customers and team members on coffee knowledge and history. Prior to this, she spent eight years with McDonald's Corporation, advancing from shift manager to General Manager and then area supervisor overseeing four stores for three and a half years.
