03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself, and always support other women. They are the ones that will lift you up when you need it most.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The industry is ever-evolving, currently the biggest fear is how AI impacts the craft of what we do. I'm excited to be part of a company taking a thoughtful approach to how we use AI as a tool to expand opportunities rather than replace human beings.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Kindness and intensity. Integrity. Our industry is incredibly difficult both personally and professionally, and if you can't lead with kindness in the work that you do, it makes it 100 times more difficult and unnecessary.
