About Stephanie
Stephanie McPhail is a divorce support, relationship recovery, emotional resilience, coaching, and education professional with 12 years of experience in stress management coaching, self-trust rebuilding, nervous system regulation, trauma bond recovery, burnout support, group programs, speaking, teaching, and community building. She co-founded Divorce Support Network and leads Mind Body Awakenings through the CALM System. Her background includes relationship recovery coaching through Being Loved Shouldn't Hurt and teaching experience in New York before moving cross-country to Texas. Stephanie holds a double master's degree in health and education, a bachelor's degree in psychology from SUNY New Falls in New York (1999), and is a certified crisis counselor with additional training certifications in coaching, nutrition coaching, and life coaching. She has authored two books, including Being Loved Shouldn't Hurt, which was a number one new release in its category on Amazon, and the accompanying workbook Six Steps to Recognize and Overcome Toxic Relationships. She is also a speaker for organizations such as RAIN and WeChooseTheBear.club, and an advocate for animals.

Hire out because we cannot be experts in everything. Focus on what you are good at and invest time where the ROI is highest rather than wasting time on tasks that are not your forte.
