Stephanie Mead serves as Executive Vice President of CMOE, contributing over two and a half decades of expertise in cultivating leadership capabilities, guiding organizational consulting efforts, crafting curriculum, and overseeing international operations. Throughout her career, she has delivered executive coaching, spearheaded organizational development programs, architected leadership and performance management frameworks, and supported organizations in navigating change and transformation in the AI era while strengthening employee engagement and workplace culture.

Among her authored works are titles covering strategic leadership, applied strategic thinking, teamwork, facilitation, and performance coaching. Her primary areas of focus encompass leadership development, women in leadership, organizational performance, workforce transformation, strategic execution, and learning system design.
