Currently serving as Founder and Fractional Executive Partner at ARESA Consulting, LLC, she provides fractional executive leadership, compliance oversight, and operational advisory services to regulated and growth-stage businesses, with a strong focus on preparing organizations for strategic transactions, investment, and sale readiness. She also serves as Executive Director of The Butterfly Foundation, a role she has held for over 12 years. Her distinguished corporate career includes serving as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations and Compliance, Vice President of Operations, Chief of Staff, and Managing Director of Legal and Compliance at iLending, where she played a key role in organizational growth, operational excellence, and compliance leadership. She studied at the University of Denver and Minot State University.
