Her Story
About Stephanie
I spent the bulk of my career inside of corporate and nonprofit media, and also in technology and digital media. I worked at CBS and NPR where I ran an enterprise software and technology division that elevated the digital capabilities of public radio. I also worked in higher ed and SaaS for a global organization. Through these experiences I discovered that business transformation is fundamentally about people and building the right conditions for psychological safety and systems. I founded Empower Your Results to help the next generation of leaders and managers create sustainable businesses, particularly in the small business and startup ecosystem which drives the American economy.
