Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for everything I do. Being trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and English has allowed me to stand out and build meaningful connections across diverse communities and markets. Most importantly, I’ve approached every role with heart, commitment, and a drive to make a real impact.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to choose a manager who will truly advocate for me and invest in me as a mentor, not just a supervisor. Having that kind of leadership makes an incredible difference in growth and confidence. I’ve also learned to be intentional about creating balance in everything I do—because while success is important, it’s not everything.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry to fully embrace being a woman, even when it feels intimidating. Work hard, be confident, and don’t be afraid to ask for more—whether that’s responsibility, opportunity, or compensation. We bring powerful strengths to the table, including emotional intelligence, multitasking, and strong organizational skills, all of which make teams and companies better.

Be bold about your ambitions, demonstrate results, and advocate for yourself. Just as importantly, be intentional about choosing roles and leaders who will support your growth and champion your development along the way.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest shift in my field right now is the rapid rise of AI. There’s a mix of excitement and uncertainty — companies are eager to adopt it, but many are still figuring out how to use it effectively and responsibly. That creates both a challenge and a huge opportunity for those of us who can help bridge strategy, people, and technology in a practical way. On a personal level, one of the ongoing challenges in my career has been being a woman in a male-dominated industry. At times, I’ve felt the need to prove myself twice as much for my expertise to be recognized. That experience has shaped me into a stronger, more prepared professional and has made me even more passionate about creating space and support for other women growing their careers in tech.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are organization, balance, integrity, and accountability. Staying organized helps me show up prepared and dependable, while maintaining balance keeps me grounded and able to perform at my best. I believe integrity builds trust in every relationship, and accountability ensures I follow through on my commitments and continue growing from every experience.
