Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the children I work with every day. They inspire me, challenge me, and motivate me to give my best in every lesson and interaction. Their growth and achievements are the true measure of my impact and drive my passion for education.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering the education field to focus on being the teacher they truly want to be, rather than trying to emulate the teacher next door. Authenticity, passion, and dedication to your own teaching style will make the greatest impact on your students.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I see in education today is helping students understand the true value of learning and how it shapes their future. The opportunity lies in finding creative and meaningful ways to engage them, show relevance, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, loyalty, and promptness are the values I hold most important both in my work and personal life. I believe staying true, dependable, and timely builds trust and fosters strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, students, and those around me.
