Her Interview
Ten minutes with Stephanie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm very self-motivated. I exercise a lot and make sure that I do something for myself, my personal health, every day. I just get it done. I wrote stories, exercised, spoke with friends to debrief, rested well.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Get out and just do it. Tell people about the truth, and do the right thing. The knowledge that I have from my education and work experience is important.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being truth-tellers. Nurses are the most trusted profession because we don't like to mince words. Always tell the truth about situations.
