About Stephanie
She is an experienced healthcare executive and surgical services leader with more than 11 years of progressive experience in perioperative nursing and management. Currently serving as Director of Surgical Services at Faith Health, she provides executive oversight across the OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing. Her expertise includes operational leadership, quality improvement, financial management, regulatory compliance, workforce development, change management, and patient safety. She holds a BS in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Master of Science in Executive Nursing from Chamberlain University.
