I would advise young women entering the industry to gain as much experience as possible, avoid tunnel vision, and actively expand their skills across all areas of their field.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is clearly demonstrating the value and impact of public relations on business outcomes.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are trust, integrity, and family. I cherish my 21-year marriage, raising my two children, and also enjoy traveling and reading to stay inspired and connected.
