Stephanie Quinones has built a distinguished career over 26 years in the insurance industry, starting in the mailroom at Aflac where she timestamped incoming claims. She progressed through roles as a customer service representative, in policy services, and account services before advancing to her current position as Senior Legislative Consultant in the government relations area, a role she has held for 13 years. With a bachelor's degree in history, she leverages skills in research and communication in her work, where she reviews legislation and serves as the subject matter expert on AI in the insurance industry. Beyond her professional duties at Aflac's Columbus, Georgia office, Quinones is actively involved in her community as President of the River Valley Black Chamber of Commerce, chair of public relations and technology for the Junior League of Columbus, and a member of the National Association of Negro Business Women. She also works as a licensed fitness instructor, teaching inclusive Chair One Fitness classes for free in underserved areas and through partnerships like Valley Healthcare Systems, and shares her sessions via her PHIQ Fitness YouTube channel.
