About Stephanie
Stephanie Raguso serves as Executive Producer at VEP Events LLC, a boutique Las Vegas-based production company specializing in corporate events with concierge level service. With more than 20 years of experience in the live events and entertainment industry, Stephanie has built a distinguished career overseeing complex productions, managing large-scale events, and creating seamless experiences for clients across a variety of industries. She began her career at the ground level as a production assistant, where she spent more than eight years developing her expertise in production operations—skills that became the foundation of her successful career. In 2008, Stephanie launched her own LLC as an independent production professional, growing her business through strong industry relationships, referrals, and a reputation for excellence while balancing the responsibilities of raising her daughter. Throughout her career, she has supported productions for globally recognized organizations and brands, including Intel, Google, Caesars Entertainment, Adobe, The Home Depot, IBM, Samsung, Amazon Web Services, Cisco, ServiceNow, Disney, NBA, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and numerous corporate conferences and entertainment experiences. Her expertise includes executive producing, production management, venue logistics, and developing detailed show schedules to ensure successful event execution. In 2023 Stephanie took a full time job with Las Vegas based company, VEP Events. Stephanie leads every aspect of corporate event production for VEP, from initial planning and logistics to on-site management and final execution. She is passionate about delivering personalized, high-quality service and creating memorable experiences through collaboration, attention to detail, and strong leadership. As the leader of an all-women team, she is committed to empowering women in the industry and encourages emerging professionals to approach their careers with confidence. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I believe my success is the result of perseverance, a commitment to continuous growth, and staying true to who I am. Throughout my journey, I've embraced challenges as opportunities to learn. I've also been fortunate to surround myself with people who have inspired, supported, and challenged me to become a better leader. Success isn't defined by a single achievement—it's built over time through consistency, and a genuine passion for what you do.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to embrace confidence, even when stepping into unfamiliar situations. Believe in your abilities, and be willing to take on new challenges. Put yourself in rooms where you can learn from experienced professionals, surround yourself with people who challenge you, and never hesitate to seek answers when you do not know something. Showing up with curiosity, and a commitment to improve will help you build the skills, and confidence needed.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities in my field today come from the ability to adapt, and innovate in an ever-changing environment. Advances in technology and digital communication have actually created more opportunities to connect with live audiences, and create impactful experiences. I believe there is a significant opportunity for companies to connect people within their organizations. VEP understands how important those relationships are, and we help foster those connections and create the biggest impact for each event.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value authenticity because genuine relationships are built on trust. Collaboration creates stronger outcomes than working alone, so I am always finding opportunities where people can contribute.
