Stephanie Rodriguez is an accomplished Assistant Project Manager at JS Global, LLC, where she supports the successful delivery of complex construction projects across the public and private sectors. Drawing on more than 15 years of hands-on experience, she excels in coordinating operations, managing budgets, and maintaining client satisfaction through strategic planning and clear communication. Her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is evident in every project she leads, from streamlining standard operating procedures to fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Before joining JS Global, Stephanie built a diverse background in project management and design, holding key roles at Beautiful Kitchens and Bath and The Home Depot. Her transition into construction management reflects a lifelong passion for precision, organization, and creating spaces that serve both function and purpose. She complements her professional expertise with academic excellence, holding a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Master’s degree in History from Missouri State University, where her research focuses on Holocaust studies and historical preservation.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie is dedicated to uplifting women in construction and advancing historical education. She serves on the Volunteer Advisory Board for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, where she supports visitor engagement and educational outreach. As a corporate member of the National Association of Women in Construction and an active alumna of UMGC’s History Student Society, she continues to champion inclusion, mentorship, and lifelong learning within both her industry and her community.

Over the past 15 years, I have led and supported a diverse range of residential and commercial construction projects across both private and public sectors. From managing multimillion-dollar renovations to coordinating complex schedules with subcontractors, I’ve honed the ability to navigate challenges with focus, adaptability, and composure. I take pride in maintaining accountability and upholding the highest standards of quality while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I value integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. Managing six complex projects simultaneously has taught me the importance of organization, clear communication, and adaptability. I take pride in delivering projects on time and under budget while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
