Currently serving as Senior Social Media Manager at The Blue Collar Media Group, I oversee organic social strategies for multiple service-based brands, significantly increasing reach, engagement, and post clicks through optimized content and data-driven strategies. Previously, I held roles with ASR Group, Now Optics, and Ricoma International, where I led large-scale social media initiatives, grew brand audiences across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and supported both B2C and B2B campaigns. My experience includes launching new channels like TikTok, managing influencer partnerships, scaling brand visibility without paid media, and translating analytics into repeatable growth systems.

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from a combination of faith, resilience, and consistent effort. I give thanks for God’s guidance and provision in my life, which has helped me navigate challenges and stay focused on my goals. I attribute my growth to the lessons I’ve learned from both my struggles and my victories, the discipline I maintain in my work, and my commitment to continuous learning. Surrounding myself with positivity, protecting my peace, and trusting the process has also played a huge role in allowing me to thrive personally and professionally.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the social media and digital strategy industry is to stay curious, adaptable, and confident in your voice. Learn constantly—trends, tools, and analytics change fast, so being proactive about your education is key. Build genuine connections, seek mentorship, and don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself and your ideas. Protect your peace, set boundaries, and remember that your unique perspective is your strength. Success comes from combining creativity with strategy, and from showing up consistently with both professionalism and passion.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in social media and digital strategy right now is keeping up with the rapid pace of change—algorithms, trends, and platforms evolve constantly, which requires marketers to be adaptable and proactive. At the same time, this fast-paced environment creates incredible opportunities: leveraging AI tools, short-form video, and data-driven strategies can help brands connect more authentically with their audience and scale impact quickly. For those who stay curious, experiment wisely, and balance creativity with strategy, there’s tremendous room for growth and influence.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, growth, and balance. I prioritize honesty and transparency in every interaction, staying true to my commitments and ethical standards. Protecting my peace and maintaining balance is essential, as it allows me to show up fully, both professionally and personally.
