What do you attribute your success to?

By blending travel planning with philanthropy, I feel fulfilled in making a tangible impact on both my clients’ lives and the lives of deserving families who benefit from our Magic Moment Vacations.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you can make a difference—you just have to be brave enough to take the first step. It reminded me that change and impact don’t happen by waiting for the perfect moment; they happen when you take action, even if it feels uncertain. That courage to start has shaped my journey and continues to guide the choices I make every day.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The advice I would give to young women entering this industry is simple: You can, and you will. Believe in your abilities, trust your instincts, and don’t let doubt or fear hold you back. Confidence and persistence will carry you through challenges, and with determination, there’s nothing you can’t achieve.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I face is starting up, since I’m still very new to this business. Building a client base, learning all the ins and outs, and establishing my presence takes time and effort. However, I know I offer something unique—the only travel agency that gives back to charities—which motivates me to keep pushing forward despite the hurdles.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
A core value that guides both my personal and professional life is helping those who are less fortunate. Whether it’s through giving back to communities, supporting families in need, or creating meaningful opportunities for others, making a positive impact is central to everything I do.
